Every other week, throughout the summer season, Hotel Cristallo's kitchen brigade leaves the indoor stoves to move to the beach.

The sound of the waves, sand under your feet, and the scent of the sea blending with Romagna cuisine.

The focal point of the evening is the menu, designed to celebrate the flavors of our land and sea:

Mixed land and sea grill with bluefish skewers, Romagna delicacies, traditional desserts, and a selection of regional wines: Absolute protagonists of the evening, cooked live by our chefs. The freshness of the Adriatic catch pairs with the live cooking show, letting you enjoy our freshly prepared specialties.

Entertainment and Live Music: The DJ Set

A combination that allows you to transition gradually from soft background music during tasting to more engaging rhythms as the sun goes down.

Closure of the indoor kitchen

To allow the entire staff to dedicate themselves to the perfect outcome of the beach event, we inform our kind guests that on the day dedicated to the Sea Dinner, the hotel kitchen will remain closed for standard evening service. All dining services will be centralized at the beach station.

• The event is completely free for all guests who have booked a half board or full board plan.
• Access to the dinner and musical entertainment is included in the stay package, at no extra cost for main courses and planned pairings.
